Solar-Powered Sanitation System
Our team has been working on a solar-powered sanitation system for over a year and plan to install a fully functioning prototype this May. Our sanitation system is projected to treat 2,000 gallons of sewage per day, be fully solar powered, and utilize almost all locally-available materials.
Our goals are to:
- improve the health and environment of 168 orphans
- treats the waste from a Hospital that serves 40,000 community members
- keep the system 100% solar powered which will mean less strain on the Village of Hope budget.
